Does your life feel overwhelming, marked by grief, lingering trauma, or the weight of major life changes? I am here to help you navigate these stormy waters toward greater peace, resilience, and renewed purpose.
Perhaps you are facing the loss of a loved one, processing past trauma that continues to impact your daily life, or adjusting to significant transitions such as retirement, health changes, or shifting family dynamics. No matter the challenges—whether grief, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or the emotional impact of life’s transitions—there is hope for healing and growth.
My name is Sandy Perkins, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor in the State of Florida. I graduated from Barry University in 2004 with my master’s degree in clinical social work. For more than two decades, I have dedicated my practice to supporting adults, particularly older adults, as they cope with life’s challenges and seek to thrive in this season of life.
My specialty is walking alongside individuals through grief and loss, PTSD, and major life transitions. I help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen healthy coping skills, and cultivate healthier thought patterns so they can live more fulfilling lives rooted in Christ-centered values.
I am committed to providing a safe, confidential, nurturing, and spiritually grounded environment where you can heal and grow. My therapeutic approach addresses the whole person—mind, body, and soul—integrating evidence-based modalities with compassionate, personalized care.
