For the past three years, most of the clients who have come to know us here at Cornerstone have come to know Cess very well. After serving in the role of intake coordinator at Cornerstone, Cess has also handled a myriad other tasks for us before being elevated to Billing and Client Care Coordinator. Cess is dedicated to ensuring smooth communication between clients and therapist, as well as in assisting with scheduling. She also coordinates billing with our billing team and ensures client claims are processed. With a strong attention to detail and efficient organization, Cess helps to provide you, our clients, with a seamless client experience.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, watching movies, and dining out at restaurants.

Cess is dedicated to creating positive, stress-free experiences for clients and constantly strives to improve the coordination of care. Her passion for helping others and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of our team.
