Hi! My name is Caroline Cooper, and I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who is dedicated to supporting teens and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and low self-esteem. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lost in your current circumstances, I am here to help.
I believe that each person has unique strengths embedded within them. As a therapist, I want to help you discover those strengths and use them to facilitate healing. I employ an integrative counseling approach, blending cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and narrative therapies. I am committed to offering compassionate care and fostering a comfortable, collaborative environment that encourages growth and authenticity.
While I work with a wide range of clients, my primary focus is on supporting young women as they navigate significant life transitions, build self-esteem, and overcome challenges related to perfectionism and anxiety. I understand how overwhelming it can be to manage the pressures of today’s world, and I’m dedicated to providing a safe, empathetic space where my clients can explore their thoughts, build resilience, and develop the tools needed to thrive. Whether you’re facing academic stress, career changes, relationship concerns, or struggles with self-worth, I’m here to help you find clarity and confidence.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Union University and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. While in these programs, I have the opportunity to use my skills in a variety of settings including addiction and acute inpatient care. Since graduating, I’ve had the chance to continue honing my skills in private practice.
