Have you ever felt like you’re carrying more than you were meant to carry alone?

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, body image concerns, ADHD, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I believe counseling is a place where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and begin moving toward healing with support and compassion.

Hi, my name is Trinity, and as a Catholic therapist, I’m continually inspired by Christ’s invitation in Matthew 11:28: “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.” While counseling isn’t meant to replace our relationship with God, I believe it can be a place where we begin laying down the burdens we’ve been carrying and discover hope, healing, and renewed strength. For clients who desire it, I’m honored to thoughtfully integrate faith into the counseling process while always meeting each person with compassion, respect, and care.

My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in both community mental health and school-based settings. I have walked alongside individuals and families navigating a variety of emotional, relational, and life challenges. As well as women navigating body image, self-worth, relationship dynamics, anxiety, and the many transitions that come with different seasons of life. I have also worked within the school system, supporting children with ADHD and helping them develop emotional regulation, executive functioning, and healthy coping skills while partnering closely with their families.

Wherever you find yourself today, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you take your next step toward healing.
