Are anxiety, sadness or racing thoughts making everyday life feel overwhelming?
Perhaps relationship conflict, past trauma, or a major life transition has left you feeling stuck. Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, confidence, friendships, school pressures, family changes, or emotions that seem difficult to manage. You may know something needs to change but find yourself repeating the same patterns or struggling to manage difficult emotions.
Our sessions will offer a compassionate, safe space where clients of all ages can feel heard, understood, and supported as you begin creating meaningful change.
Hi, I’m Dr. Diana Olarte, a clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in mental health and personal development. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and completed my doctoral internship at Columbia University Medical Center. I support children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and challenging life transitions.
I offer a warm and collaborative approach to treatment that is integrative, tailored to the individual and grounded in evidence-based practices. All ages need different approaches, and I am experienced in various forms of mindfulness-based interventions to support my clients at all stages of life. I draw from cognitive behavioral techniques, positive psychology, mindfulness-based interventions, and other therapeutic approaches to meet clients where they are. Together, we can explore what may be holding you back, develop practical ways to manage difficult emotions, strengthen your relationships, build resilience, and help you move towards positive changes at home, school, work and in everyday life.
No two people are the same. That is why I create an individualized treatment plan with clear, achievable goals that reflect your needs, experiences, and strengths. Fluent in English and Spanish, I value the identities and cultural backgrounds that shape each person’s story.
Taking the first step can feel difficult, but you do not have to take it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths, grow in confidence, and build a happier, more fulfilling future for yourself.
