Whether you are looking for a safe space to talk through unexpected life events or want to get deep and work through trauma, there is hope and healing available to you.

I am here to help you with a wide range of concerns, such as relationship issues, emotional dysregulation, children’s behavioral issues, communication issues, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

My approach to therapy is uniquely tailored to the needs of each client. I offer a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space for you to talk and share what you are experiencing.

I incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strengths-Based Therapy in counseling sessions, and I believe in taking a holistic approach to mental health. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of effective counseling.

I am passionate about faith-based Biblical counseling, believing that transformation and hope are available to all through Christ. I can incorporate faith-based counseling into sessions upon request.

I would be honored to come alongside you on your journey to healing and optimal health.
