    Hi! I’m Nina. My primary focus is on empowering women to confidently navigate major life changes, strengthen their self-worth, and break free from the pressures of perfectionism and anxiety. Whether you’re struggling to have fulfilling relationships or are dealing with the many stressors of everyday life, I’m here to help you navigate through life’s many twists and turns.

    I employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy(SFBT), to parts work and mindfulness, all of which shape my approach to creating your specialized plan of care.

    I am dedicated to providing compassionate support and creating a safe, collaborative space where growth and authenticity can thrive. No two people are the same, which is why I strive to provide counseling catered to your individual needs with a thorough treatment plan and clear goals for achieving success.
