EMDR Trained
Are you carrying unresolved trauma that continues to shape your thoughts, relationships, or sense of safety?
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or intrusive thoughts? Are you navigating family conflict, domestic violence, or stress that feels too heavy to manage alone?
Do you struggle with codependency, sexual addiction, or identity issues?
Do you feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, no matter how hard you try?
If any of these resonate with you, I consider it an honor and am here to help.
Hello, I am Kristen Narve, and I’m a Christian counselor whose faith guides the compassion, grounding, and hope I bring into the therapeutic space. At the same time, I welcome clients from all cultures and backgrounds, approaching therapy with deep multicultural sensitivity so every person feels valued and understood.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am a Registered Clinical Intern. I work with individuals of all ages, providing a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and move toward healing at your own pace.
I integrate several evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Adlerian Play Therapy. I also specialize in EMDR, a powerful trauma-focused therapy that helps the brain reprocess painful memories, so they lose their emotional intensity. EMDR allows clients to release stored distress, reduce triggers, and experience a greater sense of calm and clarity.I support clients facing anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction (including pornography and sexual addiction), codependency, domestic violence, trauma, identity concerns, family conflict, stress, and major life adjustments.
My goal is to help you understand your experiences, build effective and healthy coping skills, and reconnect with a sense of stability, confidence, and hope. Healing is not a straight line, but you don’t have to walk it alone. It’s a journey that I would feel honored to collaborate with you on. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to support your journey toward growth, freedom, and restoration.
