Do you feel like you have to face the many challenges of life alone? Maybe like no one understands your anxiety or what it truly means to feel overwhelmed and depressed?

    You are not alone!

Facing life’s challenges alone can feel overwhelming, especially when dealing with anxiety, depression, or a sense of aimlessness. It can be tough, particularly if you don’t have insurance, have an extremely high deductible, and feel like the means for therapy is out of reach.

As a graduate student intern, I offer discounted care ($30 / session) under the close guidance and supervision of a seasoned clinician, Justin Mcmanus LCSW C-SAT, who has extensive experience spanning over two decades assisting individuals, children, and families navigate addiction, depression, and anxiety. Dr. Jamiee Perez, our licensed psychologist and Clinical Director, also provides invaluable training and supervision.

My background as an Air Force veteran and former first responder has shaped my unique perspective, which significantly influences my counseling approach. I strongly believe in a holistic and person-centered method, placing great emphasis on your individual experiences and needs.

My guiding principle is centered around the idea that every person is the authority in their own life. Through our collaborative work, I tailor a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, specifically to your situation, aiming to foster mental wellness, fortify resilience, and cultivate a sense of empowerment.

My aim is to offer support to those grappling with life’s complexities, especially if they lack access to resources like therapy due to financial constraints. I strive to bring a unique perspective, employing diverse therapeutic techniques that cater specifically to your individual needs. This person-centered and holistic approach aims not only to address immediate challenges like anxiety and depression but also to foster resilience, mental well-being, and a sense of empowerment in your journey towards a more fulfilling life.
