Hello! I’m Libby, and I’m here to support you as you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and resilience. I work with adults and teens who are facing complex trauma, spiritual struggles, anxiety, and depression, with a special focus on supporting survivors of abuse.
My approach is holistic—I believe true healing happens when we care for the mind, body, and spirit. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you find clarity, balance, and self-compassion.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to heal emotional wounds, embrace your individuality, and build a stronger sense of self. You don’t have to walk this path alone—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
