Courtney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping her clients heal and achieve change through trauma reprocessing and challenging negative core beliefs. Courtney is a south Florida native, who achieved her masters degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, through their advanced standing program for high achievers.  Courtney is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to assist clients in reprocessing and moving past traumatic memories. Courtney is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients change their negative core beliefs and reframe their thoughts so that feelings and behaviors can be changed as well. Courtney has experience working with individuals who struggle with trauma and mental health struggles. Courtney does Individual, Group, Couples, and Family counseling with adults and teenagers.
