Justin H. McManus, LCSW, CAP
Justin H. McManus is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addictions Professional in the State of Florida. He is dedicated to providing a warm, accepting environment where children, adults, and families can experience psychological healing through evidence-based psychotherapy rooted in a Christian anthropology. Some of his specialties include adolescent depression, marital problems, pornography addiction, substance addiction and trauma/PTSD.
Justin earned his Bachelors of Science in Social Work from Florida State University in 2000 and his Masters in Social Work from the same institution in 2001.
Justin has more than 15 years of experience assisting individuals and families in improving their lives. He has worked extensively in the fields of child & adolescent mental health and drug & alcohol counseling. Currently, he is focusing his practice on assisting men who struggle with pornography addiction.
Donna Gardner, MS. Donna Gardner is a registered mental health counselor intern in the state of Florida. For the last 16 years, she has worked for the Diocese of Palm Beach in the Office of Respect Life as the Director of Rachel’s Vineyard, counseling men and women who have been traumatized by their abortion experience(s). Donna has specialized in PTSD, grief work, sexual trauma and family issues.
Donna earned her Masters of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2009. She is a loving and gentle counselor whose faith is at the center of her practice. While it has been very rewarding for Donna to work as a psychotherapist, it is a great gift and privilege to serve as a Catholic therapist in today’s culture.
As a faith filled Catholic working in the field of Psychotherapy, Donna’s goal is to assist clients by bringing to them the fullness of grace and truth found in the Catholic Church with the best theories and strategies psychology can offer. Integrating the spirit, mind and body offers true understanding of one’s heart.
Alexis Highsmith, LCSW Alexis Highsmith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and began working as therapist in 2009 following several years previous case management experience. Alexis works with children and adolescents, adults and families. She has specialized in providing therapy t o children and adolescents helpi ng them to overcome and cope with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD and addiction.
Alexis is trained in trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, Emotional Freedom Techniques /Heart assisted therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Alexis earned her Masters in Social Work from Florida A&M University in 2001 and went on to earn a certificate in Professional Counseling from Capella University in 2010 and Master of Science degree in Counseling Studies from Capella University in 2012.
